Angkor Wat

The Most Ancient Seven Wonders of the World

Join us now

Angkor Wat is an enormous Buddhist temple complex located in north of Siem Reap city Cambodia. It was originally built in the first half of the 12th century as a Hindu temple. Spread across more than 400 acres, Angkor Wat is said to be the largest religious monument in the world. However, when it was built, it served as the capital of the Khmer empire, which ruled the region at the time. The word “Angkor” means “capital city” in the Khmer language, while the word “Wat” means “temple.” Originally dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu, Angkor Wat became a Buddhist temple by the end of the 12th century, It remained an architectural marvel unlike anything else. It was discovered in 1840s by the French explorer Henri Mouhot, who wrote that the site was “grander than anything left to us by Greece or Rome.”
Today, Angkor Wat remains a very important temple complex, famous for its Khmer architecture. It is the main tourist attraction for the country and appears on Cambodia’s national flag, so if you have the opportunity to travel from Bangkok to Angkor Wat, we highly recommend it.

Khao Chang Puak is an attraction fit for those who love nature and adventure at 1,249 meters above sea level. The attraction is an amazing experience from the start to finish and not just the view that awaits at the top. Although, perhaps the most exciting part of the hike is called the “Sun Kom Meed” which means the blade of a knife. This is a part in the hiking trail where visitors must carefully walk through the top of a mountain that slopes down like a knife on both sides. It may sound scary, but the panoramic view from all angles makes it worth every adrenaline rush

In 1940, the cassiterite mine with up to 60 mines resulted in the name “Pilok Mine.” Nonetheless, nowadays, the location already closed and leave only remains of the past and stories to tell. But this a good start to begin a journey to this charming community that attracts many tourists who want to touch fresh air and the rustic ambiance of the site.
At present time, E-tong village is a small village near Thai-Burma border. It’s place of variety race that lives together. It is quietness, natural atmosphere and unique local traditions unlike anywhere in Thailand. A great way to travel and learn local culture. ERAWAN WATERFALL

one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Thailand

Join us NOW

Located in West Thailand in the Tenasserim Hills range of Kanchanaburi Province, it is home to one of the most popular falls in the country. Founded in 1975 as Thailand’s 12th National Park, it is covering an area of 550 km². The major attraction of the park is the 7-tiered Erawan Falls with emerald green ponds. There are also several impressive and long caves within the park, some of them deeper inside the park, few of them along the roads around the park. The park and the falls are named after the three-headed white elephant of Hindu mythology. The top tier of the falls is said to resemble an elephant head.
Besides the waterfall, the park hosts a handful of limestone caves offering plenty of exploration opportunities to visitors. Around 80% of the park is mixed deciduous forests and the rest on higher elevations deeper inside deciduous dipterocarp and dry evergreen forests. The park consists of limestone hills, plains and number of streams. Elevation is around 165 to 996 meters asl

One of the best ways to see it is from a boat tour that goes around the three rivers surrounding the main Ayutthaya island. There, you’ll find an enormous reclining Buddha image statue depicting the Buddha at the time of his death and entering Nirvana, the revered state of nothingness after death central to Buddhism.
  • Wat Phra Si Sanphet So beautiful is the architecture of this temple that the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew), built later in Bangkok, was modeled after it. The most striking features here are the three grand stupas which hold the ashes of three Ayutthaya kings. Constructed in 1448, it was a royal monastery of the Ayutthaya Kingdom, which held many important ceremonies of that time.
  • Wat Mahathat, What are the chances that the head of a Buddha statue would be found wrapped in a Bodhi tree? This is the fantastic sight you will see at Wat Mahathat, one of the must-visit temples in Ayutthaya. The temple itself is also impressive, with many elegant Khmer-style towers. Back in the Ayutthaya Kingdom, the temple was also an important center of Buddhism, housing many precious relics found during later excavations.
